This course is open to the public. They accept Visa. MC and AE. Proper golf attire must be worn at all times. They have a driving range. You may walk at anytime. You will see homes on some of the course. No beer!High Point has fairly gracious, rolling bermuda fairways leading to small and medium sized bent grass greens, frequently surrounded by fall away terrain. Four ponds and two streams add to difficulty along the course. Very few sand bunkers. Some mature trees.Built in 1992. ON COURSE COMMENTS 4-04It's at a high point so wind is normal. Short course. Numerous short holes, but there are a couple of par fours in the 440 yard range. The houses do not impede the golf experience. Some tee box construction was in process. We were not allowed a tee time on our weekday visit. Numerous singles (jumping holes) and twosomes behind the occasional foursome plagued pace of play at our visit.We gave $16 with lung pass on a weekday. The course represents that price fairly. Regular rates are $19 on weekdays w/cart and $24 w/cart on weekends. |
