This course is private. We know somebody. You might try the "your pro calls their pro reciprocal". No denim. You must wear a collared shirt. They accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. No caddies. They have beer! They have a nice driving range and practice area. Walking is permitted.Persimmon Ridge has rolling bent grass fairways that lead to medium to large, very undulating, sometimes multi-tiered greens. Sand and water add to difficulty and esthetics. Creeks, ponds and lots of mature tree lined fairways. You will see houses and signs of more construction. The course is built on an expansive amount of acreage.Persimmon Ridge receives high marks from noted publications. We like it too! It's tough! The course was built in 1988. Designed by Arthur Hills.7,113 yards from the way backs. 18 hole par 72.Slope 148 Rating 75.4PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE |

ON COURSE COMMENTS 7-09Moe thinks it's the best course in Kentucky. Nice layout. I believe it may be the most difficult do to extreme greens and green treatments on some holes. It is a very nice course and a very difficult course. Very nice club that now includes a pool.Conditions at this visit were very good which is the norm. I like this course fast and firm...It rewards those that can hit it straight off the tee, as it should. Good to see the old days of sloppy, over watered fairways are gone. Greens were a bit bumpy in some areas, but still considered good by our group. |
