COMMENTS: We used the Lung card for a $24 round with cart. That's a bargain for this well manicured, country club style course. Some fairways have thin spots, but most are fine. Greens were very smooth.

NOTES:
This course was originally a private country club. It opened to the public in 2000. They take our Visa, Mastercard and American Express. They want their golfers to look as much like country club members as possible. You know, golf shirts and loud pants, but no jeans, or football jerseys. They have a driving range. No caddies. They have beer. Walking is allowed. It looks like a long walk. You will see some houses, and they are trying to sell residential land.
The Summit is Bermuda fairways and tees, with Bent grass greens. The rolling terrain offers some scenic views. The Summit has a few mature trees and several water hazards. However, the fairways are quite expansive and easy to find. The very handsome clubhouse certainly makes you feel like you're at a country club. It's a nice place! It has a restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages. The course was built in 1992. Designed by Don Charles.
