GKL HOME

Start the day on a 530 yard par five. Treeline right tightens the tee shot visually and the bunker is well placed for those that bail out left. With a good drive, the shallow, yet wide green is reachable.

There is a bunker protecting the front left side of the green.

As with most greens at Rosewood, you will find some difficulty in the form of undulation at one.

Number two is a 385 yard, dogleg left, par four with a blind tee shot. You will find a few blind tee shots at Rosewood.

A properly placed tee shot will catch the hill and run, making this a fairway metal tee shot for bigger hitters.

This is the approach shot from about 100 yards out.

If you look closely you can see the green undulation that is typical at Rosewood. This is an iron players course.

This is number six, which is a straight away, 440 yard par four.

Hazy day.

Here is the approach to the 374 yard, dogleg right 10th hole.

Tough tee shot to a narrow fairway, but you can probably use the 3 wood.

Then you have a short, downhill approach to a large, undulating green.

The finishing hole at Rosewood is a 426 yard, dogleg right par four.

A good drive left me 148 to this (inset) deep elevated green.

Not much width to this green and you will find plenty of slope once aboard.

Check your approach yardage carefully, it's a long, difficult putt from the back to the front of this green.
