STONE CREST
From the fairway at the 570 yard par five second hole. You really have to be careful how much of the ravine you try to hit over on the tee shot.

A little fade off the left bunker gets the job done safely.

Number three is a 412 yard, dogleg right par four.

You play out to the top of the hill shown in the inset and then you have a short iron to the green down below.

Big hitters may need to use a fairway wood off the tee.

Number nine is a nice 439 yard par four.

Course conditions were very nice at our visit.

Number 11 at Stone Crest is 197 yard par three from an elevated tee.

You get your first look at the monster 13th in the background.

Here is the green area at the 510 yard par five 12th hole.
You get a bird eye view of the course from 13 tee. Don't get weepy eyed over the scenery, you've got a tough tee shot in front of you.

Woods left and the long stuff right...I think there was some OB down there too. 470 yards to negotiate. Yikes!

There's Moe exiting the old man tee 50 yards ahead of me again.
