Golf Course of the Bluegrass
The approach to the 428 yard first hole. Straight away, slightly downhill par four.

Water left, but if you bail out right, you face a sand shot back at the water.

The 508 yard, dogleg left, par five, sixth hole.

Reachable with an inviting green that has very little difficulty.

The seventh at GC of the Bluegrass is a nice dogleg left, 425 yard par four.

If you are not a long hitter, you need to favor the right side of the fairway off the tee to avoid being blocked by the trees left.

Number ten is a 585 yard par five.

You don't want to get down in that massive hole.

Hit the tee shot to the first plateau, then a long iron or fairway metal across the valley to leave yourself a nice wedge to a large green.

17 is the toughest hole on the course.

473 yards with a visually intimidating tee shot. Then your going to have a long iron or wood uphill to a deep green.

Nice tough hole!

Here is a look at the new number two. It's a 170 yard par three over the pond.

The card says 185, but the yardage at the hole says 170.

Three single digit handicappers in our group hit their 170 club and came up reasonably close to pin high, so we think it is 170.

Impressive new houses abound at Golf Club of the Bluegrass.
